Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and Affordable Small Engine Repair (ASER) ("we," "us" or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the aserworkshop.com website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the "Site").

Service Repairs

By submitting your equipment for repair, you authorize Affordable Small Engine Repair (ASER) to perform the necessary work. We are not responsible for equipment left over 30 days after notification of completion.

Warranty

We offer a 90-day warranty on parts and labor for all repairs performed. This warranty covers only the specific repairs done and parts replaced. It does not cover issues unrelated to our service or problems caused by misuse, abuse, or normal wear and tear.

Estimates

We provide free estimates for all repairs. However, if significant disassembly is required to provide an estimate and you decline the repair, a diagnostic fee may apply.
